Since 2000, I’ve served as a Development Secretary at RBA, leveraging my MSW and M.Div. degrees. My work spans environmental development, land rights, sustainable agro-ecology, and integrated vegetable farming. I’ve driven initiatives that enhance livelihoods and dignity, making a positive impact on our community.
Joining RBA as a Field Assistant in September 2002 has been a privilege. Committed to uplifting rural poor people in Peren, I’ve benefited from capacity-building programs and exposure trips, learning to implement sustainable organic farming. I deeply appreciate my supervisor’s constant support and guidance.
Joining Rongmei Baptist Association as an Accountant after graduation has been a privilege. My supportive superiors and colleagues make the environment feel like home. The organization’s appreciation for ideas, ongoing training, and field opportunities have enriched my knowledge. I’m grateful to be part of this vibrant team. Thank you, Rongmei Baptist Association.
